Thanks for shopping at Von Slick’s! We want you to love our finishing butters, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
1. Returns
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept physical returns. For safety reasons, once the butter has left our facility, it cannot be returned to us.
2. Quality Issues & Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a quality issue with the product, we’ve got you covered. We offer a full refund for products that are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a refund due to quality issues, please:
- Contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
- Provide a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the product/damage.
3. Online vs. Retail Purchases
This policy applies only to orders made directly through our online store at https://shop.vonslicks.ca/.
If you purchased Von Slick’s at a grocery store, butcher shop, or other retail location, returns and refunds are subject to that specific store’s return policy. Please contact the retailer where you made the purchase for assistance.
4. Processing Your Refund
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
