Von Slick’s specializes in the manufacture and sale of premium finishing butters (including flavors such as Roasted Red Pepper, Garlic Confit, Mushroom Duxelles, Olive Tapenade, Wild Blueberry, Salted Caramel, and Cowboy).

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, availability, or other content on this Site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. - Availability: Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site or at specific retail locations/markets. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

Specifically, the “Von Slick’s” name, our unique eco-friendly push tube packaging design, and our award-winning flavor profiles are proprietary. 5. Shipping and Returns
Please refer to our shipping and return policies for details on how we handle orders. Note that our online store is closed from mid-April until late October due to shipping temperature constraints for our frozen products.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Because our products are perishable food items, Von Slick’s is not liable for any damages resulting from improper storage after delivery (e.g., failure to refrigerate or freeze products as instructed). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Von Slick’s, our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
